Refund policy

Returns Policy 

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or exchange. Please note we offer store credit only for change of mind. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the below requirements must be met; 

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/ tags
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale
  • Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item for an exchange. It is at the customer's expense to safely send their returns. Once we receive the product, and a new order is placed, postage on all exchange orders are free of cost and are sent via standard shipping with AusPost. 

Damages and issues

We carefully pack your orders, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund, please email us at info.nalanijewellery@gmail.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 14 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the received item and the reason for your return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.  

Order changes & cancellations 

If you are looking to change or cancel an order, please contact info.nalanijewellery@gmail.com immediately.  If the order is yet to be processed, we can assist with a store credit/giftcard. 

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cancellation.
